Where can I go for info about getting started? 

This handy website has loads of info about orientation, how to find support, FAQs about your first week of study, how to get started with online learning, and a general outline of what your study year will look like. There's also a campus map and info about IT support. 

How do I connect to wifi? 

We use Eduroam wifi. Your confirmation of study letter (which would have been emailed to you) has the username and password you'll need to log into this. There is also this handy webpage which gives you all the info you need about how to connect.

How do I find out about support services? 

• We have a whole website dedicated to support services. You can find it here - it's called Student Support Te Ama Tauira. 
• We have a large range of support services including accessibility services, career services, counselling, chaplains, learning support and wellbeing - see here. 
• We also have dedicated support for Māori students (here), Pasifika students (here) and international students (here). 

How do I book a support appointment? 

We have an online booking system (here) so you can easily book an appointment.
